By commissioning me, this means you have read and understand my terms and conditions
1) Full payment will be due up after the first clean sketch is completed. I have many payment options available so please ask which ones you would prefer. All payments will be in only USD (United States Dollars)2) Full refund will be issued if I have not started the commission. If i have started the commission a partial refund will be issued based on how much work was completed. No refunds after the commission is completed.3) Commissions are for personal use only unless prior commercial agreement has been set. Please be very transparent about the use of the commissioned work. Failure to do so will be seen as a breach of TOS.4) Do not sell or redistribute the art for profit unless a commercial agreement has been set.5) Regardless of personal use or commercial license I strictly prohibit using my artwork for AI or NFTs. Failure to do so will be a breach of TOS.6) I am allowed to display the commissioned art on my various platforms unless you prefer it to be private.7) What is listed on the examples are the base prices and they may change depending on the amount of detail required.8) Depending on the level of detail the commission may take 2 - 6 weeks to complete. Rush orders incur additional fees.9) If you wish to share the commission credit me @kpoptheboyz.10) Once the commission has been completed 3 minor revisions may be requested any more and additional fees will incur. Those fees must be paid in full before I start the revisions.11) In commissioning me understand that you are purchasing a digital file no physical product will be delivered.12) I reserve my right to deny any commission for any reason.
